the hotel's location was really convenient for heathrow airport, it made catching my early flight much easier. the room was quite large and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. i found several restaurants nearby, including thai and indian options, providing good variety. the bus stop right outside was also useful for commuting to nearby areas.
i experienced some noise issues with doors slamming, it was quite audible from my ground floor room.

the breakfast offered Sufficient and wholesome options each day , the same dishes were available but this suited my needs. thai, italian, and indian restaurants were also located very close to the hotel , providing alternative dining options.

the hotel features secure underground car parking , i found this very reassuring. the hotel offered easy bus connections to heathrow terminal 5 , i appreciated this convenience. the reception operated 24/7 , staff were always available and ready to assist.

This hotel is near the bus stop. It provided easy transportation. the room was spacious and clean. I found it very comfortable. the staff were helpful. They answered all my questions. onsite parking was available. It made travel simple.
The toilet did not always flush properly. I had to sometimes flush twice.

The room included bunkbeds. It was very suitable for families. i noticed thick clean towels and clean bedding were supplied. the size of the room was generous. This was ideal for our stay.

friendly check in was good , and the room had tea , coffee , and milk.
the water system was not working properly. it took at least ten minutes of running the water to get warm water , then it reverted back to cold. the toilet button needed a lot of force to flush it.
